How are orders packed?
Safely! We treat your cards like our own. All singles are sleeved, secured in toploaders, sealed in water-resistant bags, and sent in a rigid mailer so they arrive unbent and dry.
Can I return or exchange cards if I change my mind?
All single card sales are final. Because the MTG market moves so fast and we need to guarantee the authenticity of our stock for every player, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once cards leave our hands. Thanks for understanding!
What do your condition ratings mean?
We grade our cards carefully so there are no surprises:
- Near Mint (NM): Super clean, pack-fresh, or showing almost zero wear.
- Lightly Played (LP): Might have a tiny scuff or very slight edge wear. Looks perfect once it's in a sleeve!
- Moderately Played (MP): Has definitely seen some table time (noticeable edge wear or light scratches), but is fully tournament legal in opaque sleeves.
What if my order arrives and something is missing or incorrect?
If we made a goof on our end—like sending the wrong printing or missing a card—we will absolutely fix it. Just send us a message with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of getting your mail, and we'll take care of you.
